I leverage 20 years of hands on, in-house corporate experience with a wide array of industries, structures and company sizes. Because of my broad background, I understand the various business challenges that can evolve from different circumstances.
For most of my career, I worked in the corporate domain; primarily for Fortune 500 companies. My introduction to the world of executive leadership was my role as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting the C-suite with budgets, forecasts, financial analysis and more. Interested in the operations side of business, I explored other positions where I continued partnering with C-level executives. Leading and coaching teams, mentoring employees and implementing/executing ground breaking processes within different levels of the organizations became second nature.
These experiences showed me the depth of changes that are possible through coaching, and what a positive difference a single good leader can make. This realization motivated me to become a full-time Executive Coach.
